I'm not a writer!

Before i start blogging, i want to give a fair warning to those who attempt to read this - I'm not a writer.
Like many of us, i have dreamt of winning the booker prize and  the newyork best seller awards, only to be hit hard by the reality. Inspired by Rowling and Dan brown, i have even tried, quite a lot of times in fact, to create a master piece in the field of literature. But everytime i start writing, i stumble for words and my thoughts become a blur, and in those few times when i manage to write a few pages, the story would be an obvious combo of harry potter eloping with bella swan in the streets of ancient Rome to become Romeo and Juliet. The net result - an overflowing dustbin and an ever shortage of stationaries, not to mention my mother's constant nagging about the amount of stationaries i waste - which has gotten to the extent that she no longer sponsers for my stationaries and i have to fund them myself. yea, great! As if i dont have expenses of my own. That is the reason why i have turned to blogging instead. But lets just safely say that - its because of my extreme passion towards the environment and my overpowering sense of duty to protect the trees! Go green. (nangalum message soluvom la :P )
And now, if u still want to continue reading - ur welcome. :) But dont blame me later for any side effects, the least of which would be wasting ur precious time ;)

    You should continue that "Harry Potter elopes with Bella Swan" story. Worse comes worse, it could be a successful spoof of the tales we know. ;)

It is ok to not have your shit together

It is yet another weekend during the quarantine. Friday evening, my plan for the weekend  was to do some work, meal prep and take care of weekly cleaning duties (which was ambitious in itself, but then I also had a stretch goal of setting up some kitchen appliances and reading a book). Story 6 - Mission Voyager

Day 1830, Mission Voyager Year 2139 Recorder: Fanny Pao We have finally set up our base in this strange planet - on top of one of the hives that these aliens live in. After observing for the last 2 months from our space shuttle, we concluded that no one would ever come up here. There is a water stream nearby and one of us have to discreetly go down to fetch water once our resources dwindle - We couldn't afford to live in the same luxurious way of our space station. The environmental conditions are decent - we have enough oxygen to breathe without the need of an oxygen tank, though we need our air filters since the air is polluted. Temperature can vary to almost twice the range we can handle in both the low and high ends, so we have to wear our suits all the time - but that's only a small inconvenience. The cry of a skinny girl

One of my secret wishes for a long time now had been to go on a diet for a few days. Now any one who knows me well enough would confirm you that i am the last person they can imagine who is in need of a diet - Having never crossed 40 kgs all my life i have always been grouped into the "to be well fed and cared for" category. That category of teens for whom chocolates,ice creams,cakes, cookies and sweets are not special treats but a "must eat" food item. You might say that it is not something to cry about. But if you go to a doctor for common cold and he advises you to have an ice cream a day to gain weight, then probably there's something wrong (either with the doctor or you) for you to worry about.Happened.      "Eat well".
